It happens suddenly throughout the day. I feel a (not sure about description) strange, lumpy, feeling run quickly up my back and it hits the top of my head, then I feel a great pressure and I can't breath. Out of a reaction, I grab my head with both hands and I start to shake. I'm wondering if my bad thoughts and emotions have been effecting my K in some way. It's not entirely new, it's happened before, but not in such short time between them. About a minute later when it stops, I'm out of breath, sometimes with a headache or throbbing head, and my pulse is racing.
