Wow! Tell me more... ;) I have had this desire for the longest time to retreat to spend time meditating and concentrating on stretching and yoga, etc. This urge seems to be growing stronger and stronger, raising kundalini is something I wish to do, I think it has begun but am not positive... hummm.... How did you get involved in this retreat?, something that your teacher did with you? I presently do not have a yoga/reiki/etc. instructor however am very interested in seeking one out (I am unable to pursue this wish presently, but hope to in the future). I am very interested in hearing more on how you got involved in your retreat and your trip... How do you feel about private retreats vs. with an instructior?
