Many on the list who can help you - many different perspectives. But a majority here do not believe sex to be bad, or to stop spiritual progress.

It sounds like you have more theories and conflicting beliefs than personal experience. Forget about what you think it's supposed to be like for a minute - What does feel good to you? What actually makes you smile? Start with YOUR own experience . . . joy is a great guide . . .
