Sorry Hillary, I should have clarified about the visceral sense. It is not
easy to communicate or express our subjective experiences with words. Words
have stark limitations. -- May I continue...This conscious dream was not the
usual type of dream for me, there was no imagery whatsoever, only awareness
of my whole being was submerged in a pool of energy, This energy was
diffused with contentment. I was still aware of my physical body, and K
energy was pulsating through my entire body. My whole body was gently
humming. Usually, I get K surge up through my spine across my upper back and
head, that's my cue to then project astrally. But on this occasion, I stayed
focused on my physical body and to just let the energy course through me.
Then the "understanding" came that this is how I should be feeling
physically all the time, the communication with you was purely in a visceral
sense, it was not astral travel. - Maybe I should try and stay more grounded
and let K diffuse itself through my physical body instead of taking off
astrally. But then I do love to go off and explore. I'm such a big kid at
heart. (-:

I love Ramana Maharshi's teachings. Many years ago, when I was about 18, I
was standing in a book shop. There were many books on spiritually, but out
of all of them I saw one book in particular which grabbed my attention. The
book was titled "The spiritual teachings of Ramana Maharshi". I was
immediately drawn to the photograph of his compassionate face on the front
cover of this book. I realised there and then that I was looking at my guru,
I opened the book, read a couple of passages, and intuitively knew that this
was what I had been searching for.
