So I decided to respond to this, then take a nice long hot shower and try again.

Well, here is an analogy. People with abundant money (say, you just won 26 million in the lottery) learn that managing the money becomes almost a full time job. They have to learn about tax shelters, how to discern whether someone wanting some $$ to invest is worthy, burglar alarms, security, etc. to avoid having their children kidnapped. Where there is abundance, there are people wanting a piece of it, and not all are nice folks who ask politely. Some will gladly kill to get it, no matter how charitable you are.
With people who have abundant energy, it is the same. The brighter you shine, the more the vampire bats and moths come circling to snack. You have to learn how to manage the energy, when charity is appropriate and when you have to shut the door on the con artists, vampires, thieves and muggers.
I know, theoretically energy is limitless and abundant... on the level of spirit, it is but when it comes to the life force of the body... the physical has limits, and the power chakra is the alarm system.
So, here is a short manual:
1) check your upper and lower grounding cords to make sure they are properly connected, and there are not leeches fastened on anywhere.
2) look for cords extending out from your horizontally... like a vampire has stuck a drinking straw into you. Some of these cords will be beneficial, relationship connections that are mutually welcome and benign. Others will not be. Ask your guidance to show you one kind, then the other. Generally, relationship cords will be attached in front, and thieves will attach in back... not wanting to face you, but some muggers are bold.
First, realize the most vampirism is unconscious, not deliberate like your lady. People do not realize the power of their thoughts, and I have encountered situations where the individual's unconscious wanted to maintain a connection when consciously they had agreed not to.
Cords are usually connected to the heart and power chakras, depending on whether they want your love or your power, but they can connect anywhere on the body energy field. Send love down the mutually beneficial ones, and gratitude for the beauty of the relationship. The not beneficial ones can be handled in several ways:
-- cut them. This is not often effective, as a determined vamp will simply attach a new one. It is good for casual attachments.
-- send a love bomb down them, imagining that it burns up the cord as it goes, like a lit fuse, and with the intention that the energy takes the form on the other end, as whatever it is they think they need from you. Let their DB of higher self decide what form it takes. This works with most mid-level vamps, those who are motivated because they think you have something they lack. Like panhandlers, give them some change and they leave you alone.
-- disconnect the cord from yourself, and plug it into the earth or their own higher self. This is one of the kinder methods, but not always effective.
-- reverse the flow on the straw, and take back only your own energy that has been stolen. Not their stuff. Do this several times a day. Once they realize there is no free lunch, they give up and disconnect the cord themselves.
-- grab your end of the cord and stick it into the vampire's own head! I usually only do this when I'm a little peeved. :) Usually it will take them weeks to figure out why their efforts to feed, make them dizzy.
-- the most extreme and rare case, as a *very* last resort with vamps who think they own you, sometimes they will not let go until you drain them almost to the point of death. Use a filter, like pumping the energy directly to Goddess so their crap does not get stuck in you. Don't quit sucking till they surrender and let you go, and agree not to connect again. Do not expect them to keep the agreement.. set up a barrier to them re-connecting.
I have only had to do this twice, two fellas who thought they owned one of my Priestesses went after me persistently in an effort to kill me so she could no longer seek my support. A healer also did it once on my behalf, to disconnect me from a family member who felt she owned me.
Also, there is a third affirmation. Rub your sternum and say "How good it feels, to have all my energy."
At the end of a session, I affirm "Goddess, please take from me anything I have taken on from this person and not been able to clear, and give it back to them in whatever form you choose. Thank you very much. (breathe)"
So, I am not left carrying stuff that I have not the owner's consent to surrender... and Goddess may give it back to them, as an insight, event, experience, whatever. Sending it back vertically in this way is kinder and more effective than a simple horizontal "Return to sender", or "Return to owner"... which can feel like a psychic attack, if the recipient does not recognise the stuff incoming, is their own. I find sometimes I have to do it more than once, if the client does not want to break the connection.
Different universes... from the heart up, we are all One but from the power chakra and lower, there is uniqueness, individuality, boundaries. Unity in spirit but boundaries in the physical.

I agree with him. I got pulled into it too, back around 1995, reading Barbara Marchiniak's books. Sounds very nice, the Pleideans say, "just let us use you to access the living library, and in return we will give you a nice life"... what it really means, is "give all your power away to us, and let us use your physical body as a vessel for our agenda and in return we will give you a fancy title and some pretty lights." Once I figgered out that I have the power of God-dess within me, and I am connected to All that is, I realized there was no need for a middleman, and gave them the boot.

Well, the test is to encircle your wrist with your thumb and fingers, see if there is a gap, or whether they meet or overlap. Mine overlap by 3/4 inch. In palmistry, long fingers indicate artistic inclinations or royal blood.

Well everyone has fem and male charachteristics, and I think it is the same with this. Most people fall towards one side or the other, but those at the very end of the spectrum are rare. I'm natural dom who was raised christian/martyr/fem-sub... most women are raised to identify sub. My sub streak is directed "slave to Goddess" and She directs my leadership. Have none before Her.

Yeah, you are. Good on ya. Increase your connection to Source and it will come up less often. Wanting your needs to be fulfilled from outside of yourself creates the emptiness that people fill with their junk. When it comes to relationships, let your DB choose a mate for you.

Self sacrifice relates to the secondary power chakra on the left side, near the stomach. Common place for vamps to attach, makes stomach aches and pain, like there is a leech there. I have a lot of problems keeping that one clear, myself.

Just ask your guardian angels to set up a meeting between your higher self and hers, so that each of you can give back that which belongs to the other. Watch the event as if from a distance.
Imagine a couple living together, breaks up. She packs and moves out, also taking some stuff that belongs to him. Later, realizes she forgot to pack some of her stuff. He is calling up, asking for the stuff she took, back. They arrange to meet a few weeks later, she gives back the stuff of his that she took, in exchange for the stuff of her own she forgot. They trade boxes, shake hands, wish each other well and part ways.
Same thing, on a higher self-energy level is effective for disentangling relationships that have ended. Especially in the case of divorce, separation or parental issues.
