This is is an intrigueing statement and I'm not sure I grok it. Could you please give

The easiest way I can explain it is to take any topic that is of importance to you and ask yourself two questions:
How do I feel about what I think about this?
and
What do I think about how I feel about this?
You must be honest with your answers. Don't answer as if someone were watching you and were going to make a judgement call on your answers. This is for you and you alone. If you get a negative answer to either question, experiment with changing your answer until you get a positive response to both questions.
You can use this as a compass for any action about which you are in doubt.
