Interesting RK. Yes that has been the case for me. While I still see people as people I also see the energies around and within them. Of course this is something that can't be proved to a James Randi.
I do have a lot of respect for him though. He does good work especially in debunking charlatans.

I have found that clinging to a belief system is probably the biggest stumbling block to awakening. It's like having a full cup when what is called for is an empty vessel.

One of the better books written on the subject of the Bible is "Asimov's Guide to the Bible". The book is out of print now but if can find a copy of it, I recommend it to anyone who has an interest in the history of the Jewish and Christian religions. It seems that (according to Asimov's book) the Jews religion was borrowed from earlier older cultures.
