thank you, Mystress... yes, please... i would like to rejoin the moderator
team... although, i really just made that offer to volunteer because i made
a suggestion that would cause more work...

originally, my suggestion came to mind because if someone is penalized for
repeated violations of guidelines, we would not even know if they had
received a first warning, much less a second, if nobody is keeping track...

and i do feel that some folks might possibly be over-vigilant in sending
reminders where they are questionalble and not really called for, and that
this might inhibit some of the more insecure people from posting...

however, i also do agree with you that my suggestion is heavyhanded, and
another level of contol... and it would be alot of extra work, that i really
would not find pleasant... so i withdraw my suggestion... let's just see
what happens...
