    I am of two minds regarding this... that part me of that snaps, snarls,
bites and claws at anything that resembles authority, or manipulation agrees
with you 100%. However, it is becoming apparent to me that Kundalini is more
about surrender, than it is about resistence. For many many months I fought
tooth and nail to overcome or mitigate some of the symptoms I began to
experience after the first 2 "surges" moved through me. As it turns out, I
and the energy, (one and the same, actually), would have been better served
if I had "allowed" and observed. For the first time in a very long time, I
am actually beginning to have glimpses of serenity, (usually after a bout of
gut-busting laughter... what a wonderful way to let energy flow). There is
"balm" here... it just may not look the way you'd like it to.
    So I am using these exchanges as a mirror to check my capacity for
surrender. I already know about resistance.
