Hety, Danalla,
Let's see... flying sewer covers in Philly... drunks rolling
in the desert. I'm not alone!
What got me on going was the morning, a few weeks ago,
when my partner and I were just about to make love. I
was finally ready to have one of those Tantric experiences
(I was going to give it the old collage try at least). This
was a rare, long anticipated occasion as we are both
very busy and almost never have intimacy.
We were just seconds away from (you-know-what) when
we heard a loud bang on the door. I grabbed a towel,
opened the door and two policemen told us of the car
break in. That was it. My button was pushed and it
hasn't snapped back yet.
It's not really a good thing for one's health.
One interesting thing: just recently, a local activist who
is also a city employee asked me how I was able to stay
away from drugs (with my history), keep a level head and
still do what I do. I mention I had an unusual experience,
one thing led to another, I mention "like a Kundalini thing,"
she lit up saying "wow!" and the next meeting introduced
me to a bunch of people at the police station (not the ones
behind bars).....
Well, some people are impressed with K folk, but I'm
just another creaky camel with a straw limitation on my
back. I need to let go. It's affecting physically... seriously.
I can't save the world.
Thanks for making me smile, even though you've
also been through the ringer.

>Hety: So then do. When I was very young I had a car in the same condition. Boys dropped a sewer cover on top and sledge-hammered the back window...don't know why, they just did. I left the car to the City of Philadelphia. Haven't thought about it much, but I suppose I lost some money. It was too repulsive to think about, so I didn't.
