Acara: Daniel, this had a great impact when you wrote
it. Also, what struck me as more important than the
message was that in your "dark" hour you were given
this guidance, a reminder you are never really alone
and that your experiences have meaning. That reminds
us all.
I lost the post of the business owner whose car was
ransacked and was fearful of what was going in the
neighborhood. This is the same thing, I believe. For
instance, if you are repeatedly stolen from, finally
after raging around and cursing about your loss, you
think: Good grief, is this my karma coming back on
me. Was I a terrible thief once? So you try to accept
the situations, thinking that is how to dispel the
karma. The reverse may be true. Perhaps you were
never a thief. Perhaps how you receive IN YOUR SPIRIT
the injustice is the point to contemplate. Doing more
than forgiving is important. If you say, what does
this experience teach me? That seems to me to be the
point. Had you not reached this point in your life,
would you have been open to this "redemption?" A
saying I once heard was "We do not come to God on our
feet." I read this to mean, if we are going along,
always thinking we are all that and a bag of chips, we
get so caught up in ego, that we forget we are here
for a reason. Our experiences have much to do with
that. In this you have received not only a promise,
but don't you think you were given a "sense of your
own destiny?" That you are guided and guarded? Hugs
to you. May your abundance be full; your joy be to
lift up your eyes to the hills.
