I've looked into this some more. I'm not sure but could be a problem /
oversight with Outlook and Outlook Express (light version of Outlook). I did
exactly as this user!

At a techie, I can understand how attachments and HTML text may cause
problem with a digest but am not sure if this goes for rich text? I will try
and look into your list program again as per your request. Last time could
not access the URL and got a bit removed from doing this.

I get the feeling this problem will keep coming back unless you can address
it on your server. There will always be new users who don't know about it or
people who change there e-mail program. It looks like Outlook/Outlook
Express cannot be configured to respond to Rich text as Plain text unless it
is set manually on each individual message.
