   From the minimal feedback I received from digest members who are inconvenienced by the digest coming as a series of attachments, it appears that the problem is exclusive to digest members who use outlook explorer for their email.

   It works fine for me, using Eudora, and I am told that hotmail users experience no problems. If there is anyone who is not using Outlook and is experiencing the digest as attachments, please email me privately.

  If anyone has suggestions as to how Outlook settings can be adjusted to remedy this problem, please post them to the list.
