Dear List


My spontaneous asanas started again last night. Lots of automatic yoga postures. But the energy come into my head and out of my 3rd eye instead of my crown chakra. ALso there is a blockage in my sushumna between the shoulder blades. In addition after the auto-asanas I felt a huge amount of sexual energy passing through me. And a lot os fear coming out of my heart chakra, very scared.

I feel such a strong desire to commit to a school of Yoga but when ever I try I seem to upset mt kundalini. I just would like the reassurance of being part of some school so things are easier when they get tough. I feel a strong attraction to Kriya yoga but I did the asanas for the school and my K went wild.
