Hi Kenricm,

The left foot is spoken of as the first place that shakti enters the body. I have felt strong vibrations in the left foot and leg as well as warm sensations almost to the point of burning. Acara is correct these need to be balanced and grounded. Surrender helps a lot. Don't dwell on the sensations; just let the energy flow where it wants and it will do what is necessary. As you become more adept at working in harmony with the shakti, the shakti itself will begin to guide you.
