Dear e-list friends,

The last 36 hours have been difficult but your support is deeply appreciated.

My boyfriend and I have been in contact via email. He has made it clear he does not want medical intervention. He was able to validate my concern for him and hear that I was unprepared for this as he never told me about his past experiences.

I have offered him my support in whatever manner will be most helpful and I also shared with him my deep and abiding love for Source, which is something we had not talked about in depth before.

I feel good about our communication at this point. There is still a lot of work ahead both for him and for us, if our relationship is to survive this crisis. I am hopeful but I am also ready to let go and let god.

I will be out of town for a few days as my grandmother is failing and I may be saying my goodbyes to her. She is 94 years old and although she is not ill, she has not been eating and her time may be near.

May peace be with us all.
