Are you seriously trying to extend this 100 monkey social phenomenon into genetics? This sounds like the old Lamarckian evolution theory that adaptive traits to the environment can be directly passed-on to an organism's descendants. That theory has be thoroughly discredited in favor of natural selection. Darwin himself refuted Lamarck's theory, and that was nearly 150 years ago.
