Yes, duly recorded. I'm aware some of the spirit community would agree with you. I'm an old Sixty's child, though, and an attuner, so my question to you is, "Who made up that rule?" And can you say why you bought in?
I totally agree with you on the point of responsibility. Each of us must answer the question: "Am I my brother's keeper." Hopefully, the answer will come from your spirit and the Love that abounds within you, not from fear.
As an attuner, I've taught many to channel energy and say this, in an almost mantra fashion: " I am a Child of the Light, I do not fear."
When you successfully are able to channel white light to yourself and those around you, you have put your egos and fears aside and open the link with Divine Love. It is not you doing the healing; in essence, you agree to turn on a faucet, to act as an instrument for this energy.
Whether it was the young man's need or him perceiving you had a need, he was reaching out to you to acknowledge your interconnectedness as energy beings. Sorry, but I think you made an ego judgment when you turned him away. Had you placed your fear of him aside or your judgment that he was "creepy," and opened the flow of energy and Love, you both would have benefited. You because you would have seen the beauty of his spirit and he would have seen yours. The combination of your energy and your williness to channel Divine Love to your brother, would have increased both your vibrations. As a healer, many have reached out to me in this manner. If more energy is needed, open the faucet a bit more. If you know in your inner Being you are a Child of the Light and connected, what is there to fear? The difference you perceive between you and your brothers and sisters is perceptual; it is maya, an illusion. We are all one. Your need or your beauty is his, and vice versus.
