Greetings,

I visualize the clear white light as an egg-shaped force field around me, powered by the stream of clear light flowing in at the top of my head. This is the way Kriya Yoga was taught to me. In my minds eye the clear light looks like a "fluid living glass" which emits a subtle radiance.

I have also heard it described as the "clear sound current"...more of a silent vibrating sensation in the spine.
