Dear All

Agamas are spiritual texts that reveal the secrets of worshipping the chosen deities of Hinduism
For example, for adoring Lord Siva, there are about 89 Agamas
And, Tirumantiram is a scriptural masterpiece in Tamil containing the essence of Siva Agamas and comprising of 3000 songs

(1) The obtained and increased Agamas of Karanam and Kamigam,
(2) the adjoined and speeded in (Agama of) Veeram, the surfacing (Agamas of) Chindam and Vathulam,
(3) while becoming the other, that Yamalam,
(4) the Makutam(!) will praise the clear white light that approached later, and became dense.

Translation of Tirumantiram 63

(1) Entering into the temple of the king of (Her)self, the Goddess of Wisdom,
(2) within (it)self, the central position of the nine border(/s) without blemish,
(3) waving the clear whiteness and worshipping the Lord,
(4) I too abided at the source(!) of intense Gnosis.

Translation of Tirumantiram 82

The above Tirumantirams say that clear white light is praised by the Siva Agamas
And also that one worships Lord Siva through the moving clear white light

Can someone explain briefly as to how visualization of white light is used in k-yoga by you all?
