Om Shanti,

  Paul you made me laugh out loud with the ambulance thing, but I wished to say to the group that I noted many referring to image and visualization. Yes, there is reason to see that here, but to me when we do this and go into what Chopra calls "the gap", we are using the kundalini to actually manifest. When one is centered and achieves this state, it is more than an visualization exercise. We are capable of manifestation. Blessings, Acara
