I took alot of flack when I posted the 12 shaumbra symptoms about a year and
a half ago. But I truly believe that many of us ARE experiencing these
shifts and they ARE real, as I have moved through many of the symptoms and
they no longer cause me any pain. Embracing them is a good deal of the
wonderful journey! These explanations for the syndromes helped me through
many a tough day and night. I love this wonderful trip I am on and welcome
truths that help me move through them!
