I realized this morning how much I have missed reading everyones input as to how there life is progressing with kundalini. Although, I will still be away for several more months, I wanted to touch bases with all of you here and proclaim, THERE IS LIFE AFTER KUNDALINI! A beautiful, vibrant, energetic,and powerful life! All we must do is LOOK at what has been holding us back, release it, move through it and realize that Joy and love is a choice. There is no telling where that realization might lead us. I find that the Kundalini energy flows much more freely now. I am in Love, for sure!
>Hope all is going well for the group. I'll be back in touch off and on! As for me I am glad that this spurred me on to touch bases again with all of you!
