I shake my head in amazement that I am one of the 38 people in the new K-group. I suspect that it won't take long for the others to find us.

The troll had also sent me a personel e-letter yesterday morning. It made no sense at all so I zapped it. I didn't realize that he had gotten into the list and had created havoc or I would have forwarded the e-letter to yahoo to be delt with. He had used the name JD.

Well enough air time for the Troll. I will now stop talking about him. He is history.

My sacrum is in great pain today I am not sure if this is from have a deep massage or from the K energy. Or both. Any suggestions?
