this "advanced Hatha Yoga and Tantric technique" is mentioned in Dr, Jonn
Mumford's "Ecstasy Through Tantra" (pages 58 to 60).. to briefly quote him,
"...this is accomplished buy the adept's stretching the tongue daily and
gradually wearing away the fraenum lingue... across the front incisor
teeth..."

the book is widely available in paperback... it is very interesting and
contains many more easily accomplished exercises and techniques... i
recommend it to anyone with an interest in the sexual aspects of Tantra...
