Many of the esoteric teachings once considered secret are now available to
everyone--for better or for worse! Perhaps it never was really so
difficult--that there were always spontaneous awakenings. But when one
experiences the bliss of saints, or the nector of the gods or the visions of
mystics, I would suspect we are experiencing the same phenomena. Access is
just more democratically available. The "priesthood" no longer controls
all the keys.

One interesting thing about K--It can open us up to concepts of infinite
understanding(s) or, occasionally, close us down to single minded views.

There are many on this list who have been badly abused as children. It is a
very common trigger for K awakening.
