Having a close relative commit suicide is extremely stressful. I'm so sorry.
Quite frequently Kundalini brings up anger and other repressed emotions.
It's a good, quick, although sometimes traumatic way of clearing them. :))
What rises into consciousness can become more easy deal with!

There are worse ways of diverting anger than being creative, however! :)) I
think you are being a bit hard on yourself. You have been under a good deal
of stress.
Eating a number of small meals during the day can sometimes ease panic
attacks.
