Dear Sherri,

For me the energy is always super strong this time of year. And yes, the
energy is frequently cyclical. Try thinking of the heat as the energy
working on you, clearing and cleansing the system.
It's always a little scary when we recognize we aren't in control. I suspect
we never are, but we often have that illusion. :)) Take comfort in the fact
that negative thoughts can't harm you--we all have them from time to time.
Your essential goodness will keep you from harming others.
