Dear List,
Here I am going along thinking that I am getting back to normal......then
POW! This past 2 weeks it starts up again. I feel like I am an electrical
bolt again and I get so hot that I feel like I am going to explode. With all
this energy, I fall right back into the mindset that "I need to have some
kind of control of this thing!" Which then I start getting the fear thing
and around and around she goes. Why is it so hard to surrender? Why do I
fear doing or thinking something wrong when this is happening?
Geez, I though I could have the year go like a lamb! I guess I had better to
back to the K websight and remember my grounding techniques.
