Kundalini can sometimes provoke a mimicry of processes as it moves
through the body.

Although kundalini is a miraculous and wonderful event it does not
relieve one of responsiblity of taking care of one's body. I am
reminded of Tantrikas who thought the practice of Sexual Tantra
would protect them from sexually transmitted diseases like AIDS. No,
it won't.

Sometimes what is happening is genuine disease process and sometimes
it isn't. Get it checked out. One of the common symptoms of heart
pain is denial.
