Hi everyone,

A very well connected Kundalini awakened energy worker has sent me this email re. fear and anxiety. I thought it would be usefull. Anger can sometimes be the result of this not addressed "fear" and "anxiety". It is very important to address it.
"Now you wrote that some people are having anxiety and fear for no apparent reason where you are. Well, I have to say that this is happening all over the globe. Some of this has to do with the media - Bush - War - Terrorism, etc., and some has to do with the frequency of the planet changing. Many people may not realize that as the mass consciousness changes their own frequency gets a jolt and if they can't handle a certain frequency then fear/anxiety take form. So what one has to do is to remember to be in the moment, bring oneself back to their core. This can be done by listening to good music - not rap or heavy metal - this would only disturb their frequency. Would need to walk in the woods, park, grass, touching Mother Earth, swimming, laughing, dancing.
 
Picture human consciousness as a wave of water. When the water is calm and peaceful, the human also is calm and peaceful - when the water is choppy and stormy, so also is the human with his emotions. We are all together in this 'water' and it is for each one of us to calm the wave and bring back the balance within our own emotionality, which in turn will affect each and ever other one on this beautiful blue planet.
