I read once in a book that K can be used to hold K down (I'll find the
reference later if anyone is interested) - basically that the force can
be turned against itself with strong enough intention. However,
long-term it suggested that this was not such a good deal for the body.
In a way this I feel mimics my own experience. When I was quite young
(maybe about 7) I had what I would consider now an uncontrollable K
experience where I felt possessed and out of control. I had no idea what
really brought this on and was in my lounge at the time. My brother was
having a birthday celebration and my parents put it down to jealousy but
at the time I knew this was not the case. I was overcome by this force
and had little control until it let me out of it's grasp. I somehow
managed to fight with it and push it down, but I guess I always knew it
could come back. It was very frightening at the time.
Some years later, it did come back, I was just walking into the garage
and felt this immense energy within me again rising and somehow managed
to force it back down, but it stirred me up immensely. Neither were
pleasant experiences.
It could have been something else but the strength of these experiences
makes me place it as K. Considering it now, I felt there was no kind of
entity or demonic presence. Just something amplifying what was already
within me. But why so young?
I didn't really consider anything as spiritual or have any kind of
non-physical awareness until around 20. Maybe this was meant to happen.
Nice to be able to place it now, but then it was very unsettling.
Perhaps the knot wasn't tied so well when I landed here!
Even now I notice that the more I can relax the muscles in my pelvic
region, the more K seems to flow and also from my experience of yoga,
certain methods of contractions in this area are used to allow more
energy to flow and perhaps at some stage to open the doorway to K if it

I interpret K as like a primal or root energy. The thing about energy is
that it can only be felt as it merges with some aspect of our self or
changes form. If we are in the flow of a river we don't see it moving as
we move with it. What we do notice is places where it might eddy or
ripple from the shape of the channel and any obstacles in it's path.
Everyone seems to experience K a little differently, and I think this
relates to how it manifests according to the individuals attachments
(blockages or lack of them) and their viewpoint (where it can be seen or
rather felt from). These attachments are both in our inner world
(beliefs and ideas) and the things outside of us (people and things).
From my experience, the outer world does tend to mimic the inner world.
When completely present, I've noticed the inner and the outer kind of
blend into one. It's a strange feeling.
I understand Ki as being a more specific filtered (or coloured) energy,
but no doubt ultimately coming from the same unworldly source as K. If
you are talking about Rei-Ki then in recent times it was a Buddhist monk
who uncovered the energy after a long path of searching and then found
an ability to transmit or attune another to open to this. The nearer
source point of Ki is a mystery to me. Maybe some large deity or god
like being or some kind of crystal matrix somewhere in the universe. I'm
curious what does anyone else think?
I once tried to follow some chords going down within me and came into a
dark black heavy (but pleasant place). Have other people experienced
things like this? Maybe we all have connections to sources within or
beyond the Universe.Okay... enough!Rich
