Do be aware Pierre, that concealing yourself in white light is a
flashing beacon on the astral planes that broadcasts : "there is
something soft and juicy and tender inside here that needs to be
protected".

In other words focusing on fear and anxiety solutions creates more
fear and anxiety. You draw to yourself what you fear and you create
what you focus on.

If you must protect yourself use clear light so you don't draw
attention to yourself. The best thing is to affirm you are whole and
complete, the Source itself. Then you will be able to gentle the
beasties that come sniffing around. And eventually none will come
sniffing around at all except for petting. :)

All your fears are projections of your subconscious on the inner
planes. You are protecting yourself against yourself, those parts of
yourself that are looking to be loved ( no matter how horrific and
ugly and "evil") that come home to be embraced back into yourself.
Bless them, love them, and embrace your fears into your heart.
