Hello dear friend,

I had my Kundalini experience 11 months ago. I'be done much research and
all. I sometime go through phases where I feel a sense of anxiety or fear
not caused by anything external. It's deep and feels like it's at the
cellular level. Also, I sometimes feel like there's something clutching at
my heart.

Has anyone else had these experiences lately because I know of a few
awakened ones who have.
