Hi, this is One Man Alone. I was doing more of my research for working with K and trying to find out as much about it as I can, and I came across something else. While Kundalini is more of an essence and spiritual energy, Ki is more of a physical energy. However, on a site, I forgot the address and didn't bother to copy it when I could, I read that Ki is also related to the chakras, making Ki rooted from the same force(Kundalini), but charged in a different way. The man that typed this was a Ki martial arts instructor, and mentioned things like "It would be an unfair advantage to my opponent if I used Ki in a kick. That would be like shooting a gun at someone with only a knife.". If Ki is related with Kundalini, and is only a different charge, than perhaps(according to the instructor) we can use it to better our fighting skills, and protect and defend ourselves better. Apparently with Ki, aura's also change color and size.

The rule is that the more Ki you charge, the more your aura grows until you attack and release the energy at the moment you make contact. It's similar to Bruce Lee's famous "One Inch Punch" presentation in which, with his fist only an inch away from the test subject, he struck the subject and the subject was knocked back and fell down(into a chair, but still fell none the less). To charge it, all you do is focus it into the limb you want to hit with, and keep charging it, but never letting the energy flow. Sort of a purpose blockage to allow build up, but the energy is still in your control and you can release the block at will. Once you have the desired amount of force, you strike, and try to release the Ki as soon as you hit, and the opponent will be picking teeth out of your fist afterwards. To avoid further loquacious descriptions, I'll end it here. What do you think? I think it's a step closer to Supermind.
