Hi There
I am a new member of this group am enjoying reading about everyone else's
knowlege and wished to introduce myself then talk a little bit about my
experiences with kundalini opening and the experience of merging with my
"Soul".
Practicing calm and insight meditation in a Buddhist Monastery in England
growing up in my late teens and twenties as a lay supporter (not an ordained
monk) for over 10 years. Studying many forms of energetic healing, using
crystals, reiki and many years of psychic development classes in person and
on-line with CompuServe in the 90's on the New Age Forum (now defunct),
hatha yoga and tai-chi.
More recently I have been studying body work in America, having moved here 8
years ago and am about to graduate with 500 hours in Deep Muscle Therapeutic
Massage, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology and other modalities. Though my
day job is in computing as a Computer Technician and database administrator
my love is healing in all its various holistic forms.
Since my teenage years I have had a profound interest in philosphy,
meditation and all things esoteric, studying these subjects while
experiencing and healing a deep depression during my 20's. About 10 years
ago during my regular calm & insight Buddhist meditation sessions incredible
energy and heat started shooting through my body. Frequent twiching,
snapping of my neck from side to side somewhat involuntary, and I still have
this problem today, though with regular chiropractic work the symptom has
reduced and is much more less painful.
Deep study and practice with my "Spirit Guides" people in spirit who help me
do energetic healing for others and self healing, allows me to enter a light
conscious trance state while working with them. Most recently in the last 6
months I have had the experience of incredible kundalini rising, blasting my
energetic body into orbit, through the ignition of the sexual, emotional and
solar plexis chakkras, I feel like a rocket going into during the twice
daily meditations. These experiences have abated and the energetic system
calmed down, it feels as if the energetic body was activated and lit up
enough that the base chakkra stimulation is no longer needed, plus I have
worked through a number of emotional/sexual issues that this stimulation
brought up to the surface. With the rising of kundalini the places where
the energy met a block felt activated until the blocks were examined and
processed to clear.
The experience I have with what I term merging with my "Soul" are the most
amazing ones so far and I wondered if anyone else in the group has had
similar experiences? I felt this incredible need to join on a spiritual
plane with my Soul, the highest part of myself and it was like having birth
pains, as the kundalini ignited and raised my vibrational conscsiousness, I
started experiencing those parts of myself that were other and started
blending / merging energies with my Soul. This feels like a different
entity from myself but the information I have received is more that the Soul
gave birth to the human being, and we as a human personality remain part of
the Soul but with separate consciousness and independant will and action.
Through the Soul blending / merging the Soul gets to more full experience
the human experience and the human being gets to experience, expand and live
those spiritual realms the Soul lives in.
The more we merge the more joy I begin to feel, the more lightness my
energetic bodies have and the more issues are brought up to the surface to
be dealt with and released on a human, personality level. Has anyone else
had this merging / blending experience?
That's about it for now as an introduction, questions are welcomed as are
hearing about other's experiences.
