Ooops... Sorry! I noticed your name and thought Hello, I recognize this
person... I did a quick search on over a year of K-List messages but
didn't see anything else from you, so assumed you had just joined the
group.

I enjoyed reading what you wrote about K. Yoga. Maybe I will see you at
one of your classes soon. I found the intro weekend (with the US
teacher) a bit hard though.. After we did the focused third eye energy I
had a bad head pain that lasted for about three days. Call it an intro
weekend... Blimey!

Saying that I really enjoyed what to me was a heart grounding experience
(when we placed the two hands around the heart centre both facing
down)... very pleasant :)
