Dear Adrienne,
Welcome to the K list, :)) and welcome all other newcomers.
All of these 5 you listed are common to K awakening--hot flashes, feelings of
Oneness, manic episodes, body tremors, fatigue...
As you are aware, these symptoms are frequently diagnosed as various forms of
mental and physical illness by people in the medical profession. We are now
fortunate to have groups such as the Spiritual Emergency Network which see
many of these symptoms as signs of spiritual awakening rather than disease.

Yes! :)) You seem to have seen instinctively what was happening to you and
worked with it rather than tried to fight it! And thank heavens for all the
information that is now available on Kundalini awakening.> Now that I understand that I am going through this awakening, I'm curious

As Angelique has written a number of times (and I paraphrase wildly here), we
really can't be partially awake--that it is a little like saying we are pa
rtially pregnant! The confusion may lie in the fact that the process seems
to be ever changing and ever expanding. We are all, always awake. Often
though, we tend to forget.> I am at the point where I can

Wonderful :))

Well the archives are full of experiences and information. Ultimately, I
think it is a matter of carrying the joy down to earth--chop wood carry
water.

I think many people here feel this way. Scientists seem to be coming to the
same conclusion--that all is ultimately energy. I'm personally inclined to
feel, as a friend once said to me, that the world and life is no illusion,
but simply that mystics have seen a little more of it. I do think matter
matters! :)) I suspect that there is truth in all these perceptions.
Again, welcome to the K list! :))
Love, Hillary
