Your symptoms are definately classic kundalini. But there is no learning how
to "use it". You can only learn to work "with it" If you need help dealing
with the symptoms, there is an excellent grounding excercise at the Kundalini
Gateway owner's website.

If you have not already, explore this site. You may find many of your
questions answered there. Also spend some time on the Kundalini-Gateway
sight and in the archives. I would suggest reading "Top Down Kundalini".
