Yeah, sauna. Actually I was today in one, and I felt nice and peacefull,
it works. I also did some sport for 4 hours, and ate a lot 20 minutes
ago but the energy is still uplifting. Seems like it?s not going to be
easy night.

During summertime I went swimming to the sea allmost every day, it sure
is one of the most healing and grounding things, I just love that. There
is an evolution theory, that the mankind lived in sea for some time in
the past, and it sure is the place, where all the life started.
Oh yeah, we finns do swimming during the winter too, there is an avanto
(a hole in the ice) in the sea few kilometers from here. I guess
swimming there with ice would have a nice chilling efect ;) There is a
new hobby for me, thanks JR!!
And thankyou Angelique, I?m going to do some shopping tomorrow.
And thank god and all of you that this list exists, without this I would
be muuuch more lonely and propably a bit frustrated.
I am listening to radio Helsinki, and the slogan just some seconds ago
told me "You are with friends." Thanks to you, that are pulling those
strings out there. I love this.
