Dear Indigo green,

I think that waking in certain positions is a form of Kriya. I presume you
don't literally wake up hanging, but are lying prone in the hanged man
position. To me it would seem like the Tree pose in Yoga, but with the arms
akimbo instead of overhead. In Yoga it is, in part, a posture of keeping
one's balance. Perhaps that will resonate with you.
The position you are taking feels like one of vulnerability to me--not
inconsistent with what one of my Tarot books says about the hanged man,
"willingness to submit oneself to the dictates of the inner self." [Alfred
Douglas' The Tarot] Another interprets the Hanged man card: "Piercing the
barrier of limited consciousness and availing yourself of higher wisdom."

Fascinating about the tarot card manifesting itself. These types of things
seem to happen when we become K awake. We can interpret them as metaphors
and simply enjoy them or be pretty terrified by them. You seem to be having
a pretty overwhelming experience. Perhaps you can try to circulate the
energy a bit away from the head. I often suggest placing the tongue against
the palate as a way of keeping the energy circulating.
