Well.... I walked right into my shadow this year, and I released 21
years of fear and energy. The top of my head is still sore !

What can I do to heal the top of my head ?

What about the rest of my body ? I am still exhausted from feeling so
much. This energy was so powerful I know I could have went blind or
even killed by it.
