Dear Shelle,

Were you aware there's a specific type of yoga named Kundalini Yoga? When I wanted to find a yoga teacher everyone I asked told me to go to a Hatha Yoga class. It was by chance that someone told me that if I wanted to know more about Kundalini energy or if I experienced K "symptoms" I should see the people who could really help me -- my neighbors, the Sikhs. I live in one of the largest Sikh communities in the US and I didn't know anything about it, least of all they knew anything about Kundalini. Go to the site www.kundaliniyoga.com where you'll find a directory of certified K yoga teachers around the world.

No doubt, most of the certified teachers are <not> K awakened, but some are. All know about the energy. Good luck!
