Dear Jose,

My feeling is that "Kundalini" explosively shoots up the spine through the
chakras, often out through the head, and that the microcosmic orbit tends to
circulate the energy, sending it back down through the front of the body. I
regard them both as K energy, and one can feel both sorts of energy (as well
as others) at different times.

The orbit seems to be a gentler sort of energy than the sharp, forceful K.

Others may define them differently
