Subject: [K-list] Purifying Water

Hi everybody,

How's everyone doing? I've noticed that as a side effect of K, I get
extremely thirsty. Par for the course during spiritual detox. Now I
know one should drink pure water or spring water, but obviously not
everyone can afford to do so, and so some of us are stuck with tap
water. Fortunately the water's fairly free of pollutants around here.
However, I was wondering how to go about purifying it further. Of
course one could bless the water, but what about physically purifying
it? Should I boil it? Distill it (not sure how to do that)? Or just
get a Brita filter jug? The more spiritual work I do, the thirstier I
get, and I just want to ensure I put the cleanest possible water in
my body so the detox goes smoother. Does anyone have experience with
this? Thanks.

Sabrina
