Subject: [K-list] Is this Kundalini?

Hello!

These sensations have been happening to
me for maybe a few months now but
haven't gotten any worse or better.

There's a tingling and pulsing in my
perineum area (root chakra area), which
also briefly pushes out towards my
genitals and then back again then
finally moves up my spine where it feels
like little bubbles rising up, like in a
fizzy drink. The feeling in the perineum
is hot and somewhat sexual, although not
exactly the same.

Is this a sign of kundalini rising? I am
just meditating, focussing on my navel
area, sometimes on my third eye. It also
happens spontaneously during the day
when I'm at my desk. If I focus my
attention on my perineum at any time it
will often start pulsing and tingling
until the bubbles start rising.

Should I do anything about it or just
let it be?
