The best in that book for me is The Song of Songs. Beautiful. And some of the psalms are gorgeous poetry too. The story of Lot's daughters is a bit terrifying tho . . . especially when he gives them to strangers. Oh Daddy!
I just think back then, the Hebrews didn't know what to do with their artistic/literary energy except that book. Same in Pharaoh's land. No real self-expression in art. It took Greece to give us some of that first . . . and then years later, French poets and then the Beatniks.
