Itzhak Bentov in Lee Sannella's book Kundalini Experience.

I suspect most of us are K awake, but it's hard to be sure. There is an
ongoing poll at the Kundalini-gateway yahoo site under polls. See below for
the URL. This suggests that at least 2/3 of us are already K awakened.
