My reason for joining this group, was to try and find out more about what I
think is the kundalini energy that has been activated by having some healing
done 6 years ago.

Long story, which I will cut to short. From the very first session my body
started to move, slightly at first.

After an intensive weekend , I was left with spinal movements at times like
a snake wiggling, and jerking of my hips, legs, and left arm and shoulder.

Also for the first year I had involuntary shouting! Any of this sound
familiar/ I am intested up to a point in spiritual matters and healing, but
not obsessive, and certainly not trying to get anything activated/ Now I
have started to have healing again, as I am very stuck in my life and still
have health issues, especially low energy and weak digestion (not helped by
my bad eating habits).

As of yet I cannot tune in or relate to any posts - so I am hoping to hear
from people with similar problems? Meanwhile back to my jiggling around,
but thankfully no shouting!
