Thanks for the trip down memory lane. : ) I've just spent the past two hours going thru the El pages and the k-list archives. Speaking of the shakti charge from reading the list - I remember when it used to really zap me. It doesnt' so much anymore, that I notice anyway. But I can certainly relate to it being a function of the crazy list syndrome we're experiencing now!
